What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations
- Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
- Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
